Welcome to The Angel Inn

The Angel Inn is a privately owned, traditional 17th century free house pub set in the East Northamptonshire village of Yarwell - just one mile from the A1 and A47 junction.

We offer a dog-friendly, relaxed and casual atmosphere which full of character and characters. This is how good pubs used to be - a real pub for real people without a trace of pretentiousness, we're resisting being chalk-painted in battleship grey and being drizzled in a Balsamic Glaze!

There's a lovely warm open fire (seasonal!), real ales, an extensive list of real ciders, dartboard, pool table as well as a huge beer garden. Dogs are welcome to join you either inside or out.

We do have a bar menu, but we are not a restaurant-style pub, we're very casual in all respects.

We very much look forward to welcoming humble people to our traditional, olde-worlde abode. So come and be part of what makes this pub what it is - nice people.

We're proud to be one of the few pubs in the area trying to keep the traditional British Pub alive and well, if that mantra suits you, we very much look forward to meeting you.

CHILD POLICY

The traditional pub, by its very nature, is an adult environment, so while well-behaved children are welcome, we request that they are remain seated with you throughout your visit - more details about visiting with children can be found on our child policy page.
